UI/UX Review of a bank app

I collected multiple topics recently and decided to share a quick bank app review.

There are several issues:

  1. Card credentials are separated from each other, while users often need number, CCV, and expiration together.
  2. "History" vs "Online transactions" is not obvious. In this case, one means completed operations and the other means pending.
  3. Spacing between labels and values is inconsistent.
  4. Two balances are shown, which is confusing for many users.
  5. Card-related info takes most of the screen while day-to-day tasks often revolve around transactions.

For critical forms and core flows, clarity should win over density.
